The Commute.  All of us do it at some point.  We commute to work, to school, to day care, and often all three in one day.  Whether we walk, bike, drive, use public transport, or are chauffeured, we begin each day struggling with the same goal of arriving on time and with everything we need.  We sport messenger bags and wheeled luggage (sometimes both) while balancing morning coffee and cell phones.  We angle for the golden parking spots curbside.  We hustle to the bus stop.  Occasionally, we stop to look around….

That Dunkin’ Donuts kills me, Laura! And how oblivious the people with the wheelies look . . . makes me smile!
